About

As a former zoologist/wildlife biologist, I have a love for nature in all of its forms. I gain the most pleasure in trying to photograph birds and landscapes but everything about the natural world interests me. My hope is to capture the emotion that a subject evokes in me and to see the uncommon in the everyday world. While I have been taking pictures for many years, it is only in the past several years that I have committed the time and effort required to learn to take " photographs". I have had the good fortune to travel and see some of the wonders in our world.
